I originally found a home that was for sale by owner, and was going to attempt to do the purchase agreement on my own with the seller. Sam Wurm is a great Realtor! I tried to sell my house by owner but after having no offers over the course of 3 months, I decided it was time to go with a professional. Sam is indeed that, a professional. He is very knowledgeable and follows up extremely fast. He also knows how to present a house and what price it should be listed for. After meeting with Sam and deciding on the price, I had a full price offer within 4 hours. Once again, Sam Wurm is a great Realtor!

Heidi was awesome to work with and very patient with us during the whole process, we took quite some time finding "just the right house"! She was always willing to show us any house, even last minute, and answer any of our questions. She was never pushy and let us take out time during the process. I always felt like she wanted us to find the house we wanted, not just get a sale. On the flip side Heidi was wonderful helping us sell our house as well. Helped us through the process that we had never really been through and helped answer all our questions and elevate any uncertainty. If I ever need a realtor again Heidi is who I would go to!

Shanna was helpful right from the beginning, even though we weren't sure if or when we were going to list our home for sale. When I contacted her with questions on the process she was more than happy to answer and even come take a look at our property to see if we needed to do anything prior to listing. Once we decided to list our home, Shanna was with us every step of the way! Anytime we had a question (or the same one 5 times) she was readily available via phone, text, or email. When we got an offer, she explained everything throughly and never pressured us to accept anything we didn't like. Had we stayed in Nebraska, we would have used her to purchase a home too!

For me the key to any good experience where a contract and money is involved is good communication. Scott provided this. Scott was always responsive to my questions and good at explaining what I should expect. I'm sure he has many customers but he still made me feel like I was a priority by the way he communicated. Whether by text, email or phone call, the communication and experience was easy. It's important to not overprice and have to wait or have to reduce the price to get activity.
