He is a high-energy realtor whose knowledge and experience make everything work out the way it should. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always available by text, email or phone call whenever we have questions. My mom is 93 and hard of hearing, and Bob worked with her extremely well to sell her house. He arranged a home warranty for her, and it's a good thing he did, because after her house was inspected it was determined that the furnace had to be replaced. So for a few hundred dollars for the home warranty, he saved her at least $8,000. He had the home sold for higher than the asking price, and even though the appraiser valued it a little lower, we appreciated the fact that he was able to secure mom's asking price. Realtors don't get any better than Bob, and working for BancWise he sells homes for 3.5 to 5 percent, which I believe is less than any other real estate agency charges. Bob is the best! read less
